seamstress

Just a quick outfit post. I haven't done one in such a long time! These photos were taken a while ago, on a random really nice day we had. One of the great things about living by the beach is that you can go during weird times when no one is there. It's so peaceful.

I made this skirt for a tutorial that is up on Cut out and Keep right now. It's the first thing that I've made in quite a long time. I really want to get back into sewing. It was something I really loved doing and something that really made me feel connected with my grandmother, who was a seamstress. It's really hard to not let life get in the way of your passions sometimes.
